Funny Music Video: The Next Backstreet Boys

In this funny music video, we have five aspiring young boys doing a remake of the Backstreet Boys hit “I Want It That Way.” What makes this video fun to watch is the seriousness these boys have during the entire video shoot. Even if they’re doing some very sill dance routines and angle shots, still they managed to deliver quite well.

It’s very impressive what a home grown family video could do these days for it can actually make a “decent” funny music video without all the hassles of a troublesome production crew. With little or maybe no budget at all, they still managed to do this feat.

Who are these Backstreet Boys wannabees? There’s even one member from this group, which actually looked like humpty Dumpty – skin head with a wide fat waist. He even seemed to resemble the color of dark chocolate. Maybe he’s the Nick Carter look-a-like, or is he? Better see for yourself. I really don’t understand the entire plot or message being conveyed by their video but maybe it was more of them having fun or being themselves. Near the end of the clip, there was another funny moment when they did a certain hand movement like performing some cheering choreography. I have to say it’s pretty neat. Maybe the real Backstreet Boys should also do this trick, or should they? That is if they want to ruin their reputation. In the last scene, it was very hilarious seeing one of the guys drinking from a certain bottle of mineral water when it is, obviously, empty. Talking about having budget… Dude, are you really thirsty or something?
